Maintenance Mechanic II

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment.
Make preventative maintenance check and inspection of assigned equipment, report to shift supervisor, and take appropriate action.
Oil and grease equipment. Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the problem has been eliminated.
Analyze mechanical and operational problems, make necessary corrections and run adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
Change equipment to new sizes, verifying after change over.
Test equipment to verify correct operation and production of quality products.
Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiates procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
Diagnose and perform general repairs on conveyor and fork trucks.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience
3 year of experience with a forklift, conveyor and general equipment repair and maintenance
Additional
Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel
Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
