Part Time Reception

years experience in a receptionist in Corp environment
o Manage reception area
o Answer multi/line telephone system
o Scanning, filing, emailing and faxing
o Meet and greet customers
o Assist with the workflow of other departments; as needed
o Knowledge of Excel and Word
o Proven ability to effectively multi-task
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Must be poised, polished and professional
Candidate should have the basic accounting skills
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 5 hours daily - May lead to full position
Pay:$10.00
Temp to hireEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
