o 1+ years experience in a receptionist in Corp environment
o Manage reception area
o Answer multi/line telephone system
o Scanning, filing, emailing and faxing
o Meet and greet customers
o Assist with the workflow of other departments; as needed
o Knowledge of Excel and Word
o Proven ability to effectively multi-task
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Must be poised, polished and professional
Candidate should have the basic accounting skills

Mon-Fri 5 hours daily - May lead to full position

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
