Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team.
The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling various types of meat products in accordance with food safety standards.
Duties:
- Use knives and other cutting equipment to portion and prepare meat products - Package and label meat products for display and sale - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and preparation tips Skills:
- Proficiency in using knives and cutting tools - Previous experience in a culinary or food industry setting preferred - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of food handling, kitchen operations, and food safety practices - Familiarity with meat production processes in a restaurant or similar environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry setting where you can showcase your culinary skills while providing top-quality meat products to our customers.
