21 We Make Doors - Where they lead is up to you American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of JELD-WEN, and one of the Nation's largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork, currently has a position available for Facility Maintenance to assist our Distribution Division in providing value-added goods and services to our customers.

Position Responsibility:
Works on new installations of all power, lights, compressors, control panels, electrical service and powered industrial equipment Electrical repairs and troubleshooting throughout facility Performs routine and preventative maintenance tasks including overhaul and repair of machines, panels and conveyors Maintains logs of both preventative and routine maintenance as required Assists with various new or remodel commercial construction projects Other miscellaneous maintenance and construction projects as necessary Special Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude a must Experience using basic hand tools Strong mechanical aptitude a must Able to work without assistance and direction in performing duties Must be able to climb ladders and perform overhead work Good communication skills both verbal and written ABS takes pride in providing a supportive, employee-friendly environment.
