Job summaryAmazon's Workforce Staffing (WFS) Central Operations team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to continuously improve efficiency and performance within our staffing organization through automation.
This leader will work across the WFS organization to design and implement automation solutions designed to deliver an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience at each point throughout the candidate life-cycle for our high volume hiring engine.
The Program Manager provides support to the Global Workforce Staffing organization by centralizing and automating processes.
A successful candidate will have project management skills and programming skills.
They must have the ability to gather business requirements and partner with the various stakeholders to plan, implement and maintain technical solutions.
Key job responsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Implement automated solutions - to support the Amazon Fulfillment candidate journey, including identifying and centralizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution Create mechanisms to maintain existing automation and translate automation to full scale Technology solutions Ensure that you take end-to-end ownership of well everything within your graspA day in the lifeEach day will be spent working to review processes, identify areas for automation and implementing/maintaining solutions.
About the teamThis role will be within the Integrations Vertical.
The Integrations Vertical works across Central Operations to intake processes and interface with Technical teams outside of Central Operations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
